Reference checks
A reference check asks one person to vouch for another person's account of themselves. Neither side is measured. This minute sets out what reference checks predict, what they do not, and why a work sample answers the same question with a number instead of a favour.
This episode has not been recorded yet. There is no transcript and no source list, because there is nothing measured to show. Checked material lives in The Evidence and the things we got wrong live in The Ledger.
